Supply state and hardness
The tempering pre-hard state, hardness is 285 ~ 325 HBS.

Hot working standard
Beginning temperature of 1050 ℃, the end in 850 ℃, with the temperature forging furnace slow cold.

Softening annealing mean
Annealing temperature of 710 ~ 740 ℃, and the furnace slow cold, hardness HB 235 or less.

Quenching and tempering norms
Quenching temperature of 840 ~ 870 ℃, oil cooling or 180 ~ 220 ℃, quenching salt bath hardness 51 HRC, 1730 MPa. Temperature 100 ℃ tempering / 200 ℃ 300 ℃ 400 ℃ / / ℃ 600 ℃ / 500/700 / ℃, hardness 51 HRC / 50 HRC / 48 HRC / 46 HRC / 42 HRC / 36 HRC / 28 HRC.

A typical example
(1) used for zinc, aluminum, magnesium and its alloy die-casting die
(2) the hot pressing die, all kinds of hot extrusion dies
